Greg Berry

Coastal Mobile Legal Service is based at Terrigal on the Central Coast of New South Wales providing a variety of legal services to clients across the entire Central Coast. We offer clients the flexibility of visiting our office to conduct business or alternatively, where mobility is an issue or time and commitments do not permit office visits, our professional staff will visit clients in their home to take instructions on a range of legal matters at a time convenient to the individual. Our Principal, Greg Berry, is an experienced Solicitor and Advocate having practised in the Criminal Jurisdiction in Government Practice for many years before moving to private practice on the Central Coast.

Greg is admitted to the Role of Legal Practitioners in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Role of Public Notaries in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Role of Solicitors in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Role of Barristers and Solicitors in the High Court of Australia.

He has developed considerable expertise in a variety of areas including Wills and Estates, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship, Commercial Law, Leases, Conveyancing and Advocacy. Greg's expertise in the Criminal Jurisdiction was recognised in 2001 when, as a member of the New South Wales Police, Crime Agencies Legal Support Team, the team won the Law Society of New South Wales Excellence Award for Government Legal Services. He was also awarded an Assistant Commissioners Commendation for work done in introducing the offence of Car Jacking into the New South Wales Crimes Act.

Greg is active in a number of organisations on the Central Coast including the Australian Navy Cadets at Point Clare and Surf Life Saving.
